Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

  • Cleaning Equipment and Materials
    Customers must provide cleaning materials and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, detergents, etc.

  • Completion of Tasks
    Completion of tasks assigned within scheduled hours is not guaranteed. Factors affecting completion include:
    a) Size of the house
    b) Condition of the house

  • Availability
    Availability of cleaners is on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be accepted prior to booking confirmation and payment.

  • Removal of Furniture and Contents
    Customers must remove or dismantle furniture and cabinet contents before the cleaner's arrival. Time spent on removal will not be deducted from the allocated time slot.

  • Validity of Packages
    Monthly packages refer to four sessions per month for the "Once A Week Package." All sessions must be completed within three months of service commencement. Unused sessions after three months will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling

  • Customers must inform us at least 48 hours in advance of any changes to the date or time.
  • New slots may be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
  • No replacements or refunds will be provided if notification is made less than 48 hours prior.

3. Refund and Termination Policy

  • If the company cannot provide the necessary manpower due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if the customer breaches any terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

4. Miscellaneous

  • Cleaners reserve the right to decline any tasks deemed unsafe (e.g., cleaning high objects or windows without grills).

5. Confidentiality

  • Customers may be liable for financial damages if found to have circumvented or enticed cleaners to work directly without going through the company.
  • Customer data collected will be used solely for completing the contract and for internal reference.

6. Company Responsibility

  • The company will provide services as outlined in the job scope. The company is liable for up to S$150 for any loss, damage, or mishap due to direct negligence of the cleaner.
  • The company is not responsible for any expenses, inconvenience, or issues arising from service delays or mishaps.
  • Liability for direct negligence is limited to S$150 per incident, and all incidents must be reported within 24 hours.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must facilitate the company's services by ensuring a proper and convenient working environment. Valuable items should be safely stored to minimize risk.
  • No Direct Engagement: Clients are prohibited from directly engaging cleaners without the company’s consent.
  • All claims must be reported within 24 hours of the incident.
