What is Nation Club?
Nation Club is an online learning platform that offers training videos for Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) to help them improve their skills competency, acquire new knowledge to enhance their performance and boost their self-confidence, ultimately to contribute positively to the households they worked in. The training videos covered a wide variety of topics that are relevant to the domestic helper’s role and for their personal development as well. They are available in English and translated into the native languages of the countries they come from, including Indonesia, Myanmar, and the Philippines.
What are the criteria to join Nation Club?n Title
Nation Club welcomes all domestic helpers and their employers to register as a member to access the training videos. There are no criteria to join, and all that you need is a device with Internet access, such as a computer, laptop, smart phones, and tablets. Once you register has a member, you can login any time to view all the training videos and watch as many times as you wish.
I’m an employer. Can I join Nation Club?
Yes, anyone who has hired a domestic helper is welcome to join Nation Club. Your domestic helper is welcome to join as well. You can have your own separate Member’s Account and login anytime to view the training videos.
I’m a domestic helper. Can I join Nation Club on my own?
Yes, we welcome all domestic helpers to join Nation Club. Your employer can register as well. Both of you can have your own separate Member’s Account and login anytime to view the training videos.

How to create a Nation Club Account
We have tutorials available in Indonesian, Burmese, and English on our YouTube channel. Click this link @nationclub and choose the language you are familiar with and simply follow the instructions in the tutorial to create your Nation Club account.
How do I reset my password on Nation Club?
To reset your password on Nation Club, you can follow these steps:
Go to "Forgot Password," enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email which you provided when you set up your account. Please note that if you register using social media such as Facebook, you can only login using the corresponding social media account. Please check your junk mail folder in case the email ends up there.
How can I update my profile on Nation Club?
To update your profile on Nation Club, click on the "ME" tab, select "Account" and edit your profile details, including your name, email address, and contact information. By updating your profile information, you can ensure that your account is up to date and accurate. This will allow you to stay connected with other members and receive important updates and notifications from Nation Club.
Do I need to pay a subscription fee?
No, Nation Club currently do not charge any fees for accessing the training videos. We are providing our services free until further notice.
Are there any limits on the number of videos to watch?
As a member, there is no limit to the number of videos you can access and watch as many times as you wish.
Can I share Nation Club Member’s Account with others?
Nation Club is currently free and open to all domestic helpers and employers if they registered as a member. As such, there is no need to share the Member’s Account with others to login and view the training videos.
However, you are welcome to share information about Nation Club with others who may be interested in subscribing. You can also refer them to our Nation Club website where they can register for an account and start on their own learning journey.

What kind of training is available on Nation Club?
Training videos on Nation Club covered a wide range of topics that are relevant to domestic helpers, such as housekeeping, care for childcare, infant, elderly and physically challenged family members, cooking, and baking, first aid and safety, personal hygiene and many more. It is Nation Club’s mission to provide comprehensive and practical training to help domestic helpers improve their skills and knowledge relevant to their work and personal development.
How many languages are available on Nation Club?
Nation Club currently offers training videos in English, Burmese, and Indonesian languages. However, we are working to expand our language offerings and hope to add languages such as Mandarin, and Tagalog as well as dialects such as Hokkien and Cantonese in the near future.
Are there any limits to the number of videos I can watch on Nation Club?
There is no limit to the number of videos you can watch on Nation Club. As a subscriber, you have access to videos available on the e-learning platform, and you can return to watch them as many times as you like without any restrictions.
How often are new videos added to Nation Club?
We currently upload one new training video every week to Nation Club e-learning platform.
Can I download videos from Nation Club?
The training videos are currently stream via Nation Club e-learning platform and downloading is not allowed. As a member, you can enjoy unlimited access and viewing of the training videos. If there are any topics you are interested in, you can login and watch the same videos as many times as you wish.
How long are the videos on Nation Club?
The duration of the training videos on Nation Club are around 10-15 minutes long.
Who creates the videos on Nation Club?
The training videos on Nation Club are created and produced by our team of professional trainers and experts in their respective fields. They have extensive experience in training and educating domestic helpers and have designed the videos to be easily understandable and accessible to our viewers.
Are subtitles available for the videos on Nation Club?
Yes, all training videos provide subtitles in English and Indonesian, and English and Burmese, to help domestic helpers from these source countries to learn more effectively.
Can I suggest a topic to be covered on Nation Club?
Yes, we welcome suggestions on new topics to be covered on Nation Club. You can send your suggestions through our website or social media channels on Facebook and Instagram. We will consider all suggested topics for their relevancy and practicality for online training.
Can I bookmark courses on Nation Club?
Our video player has a feature that allows users to bookmark the last viewed position of a video so that they can easily resume watching later from where they left off. This feature can be very helpful for users who may not have time to complete a course in one sitting or who wants to keep track of their progress.
Are the videos on Nation Club interactive?
The videos on Nation Club are not interactive in the sense that users cannot directly engage with the video content. The videos are designed to provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrations, which users can follow along with and practice on their own. Additionally, users can watch the same video multiple times to reinforce their understanding and practice their skills.
Tracking Progress and Certification
How can I keep track of my progress on Nation Club?
For any training to be successful, there are tools in Nation Club to help you track your progress. Simply login to your Account and click on "My Profile" tab. From here, you can view the videos you have watched, checked the amount of time spent, any uncompleted videos as well as the achievements you have earned.
The tracking progress allows you to set goals to help you improve your skills or plug any knowledge gaps in areas that are critical to your work performance
Is there a certificate awarded for completing a training video?
Yes, a Certificate of Completion is issued after you have completed watching the video and passed the quiz at the end of it, as a recognition and reward for completing your training of a specific subject.
How can I obtain certification from Nation Club?
At the end of each video, there will be a quiz to test your understanding of the subject. This helps you to assess your knowledge and determine if you need to review the content again. If you achieve a passing score, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
What happens if I fail the quiz?
If you fail a quiz on Nation Club, you can watch the video again and retake the quiz to achieve a passing score.
What is the purpose of Certification?
Certification is a recognition and reward for learners who have spent time and effort in completing their training in a subject. It also helps to enhance their credibility with their current employers and assure them of their competency and gain their trust in them to get the job done. On a personal level, the certificate can be a source of satisfaction and motivation to their continuous learning. Looking ahead, the Certification can come in handy when learners seek out potential employers in their next employment move.
